Prophet of the Northland | Novel

His heart skipped a beat the moment he saw it. He did not know why his father kept this paper among his diaries. He opened it with a trembling hand and found a picture of his uncle next to a small article no longer than half a page. It seemed puzzling, how could such a small article cause such a stir, but as soon as his eyes fell on the title of the article, his body shivered and his intestines contracted: “To the prophet of this time... science... I bear witness that there is no prophet except you.” Between ancient Greek Marseille and modern Marseille, the events of this novel take place. Two different stories in which the past intersects with the present, and times and questions intertwine. They tell of the eternal struggle between the unknown and the familiar, and man’s relentless pursuit of certainty.
